Our shop currency is in USD.
It means that among the products sold on SHIBAINC online store, the product is available for international shipping. This, however, excludes items prohibited from air transport and items of large bulk that cannot be shipped through e-Express Shipping.
The global shipping costs are calculated by weight, including the weight of the shipping box as well as the product. If the products ordered do not fit into a single box because of their size, they will be shipped in multiple boxes. The shipping fee is calculated separately for each package, including the weight of the box.
For information on shipping fees by country, selected the product you like to purchse and please refer to the cart page for local or global shipping costs.

You can cancel your global shipping purchases at the “order received” stage.
In general we do not provide any exchange or return services for purchases made with the global shipping service. Please think carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns due to a change of mind. Select an available coupon you wish to use when purchasing an item.
Precautions for coupon use:
* Partial returns and exchanges are not allowed for purchases made with coupons.
* Check coupon details prior to use as conditions for use vary per coupon.
* Coupons are removed upon expiration.
Coupons may not be applicable to select products. We periodically conduct investigations into the misuse of points and coupons and may revoke membership, demand damage compensation or take other legal action if necessary in the event of points or coupons being resold for profit.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days after received the order (base on the date when received order, provide by the tracking link.)
Defective items may only be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the item that may help us understand the potential defect.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement item to reach you may vary.
Cancellation of an order can be made if the item has not been shipped out. If the item has been shipped out, a cancellation request cannot be processed so an exchange request should be made after receiving the applicable item.
In the event any items are returned to us due to reasons attributable to you, such as the incorrect shipping address, unavailability of the recipient or failure to pay applicable duties, you may cancel the order and request a refund. In such case, applicable shipping and/or return costs and expenses will not be refunded.
In the event the applicable item is lost due to reasons attributable to you, the applicable order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be requested.
Regular priced items and sale items cannot be exchanges, return or refunded.
To exchange your item, you should email to email@example.com and we will provide the mailing address for you to return the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
