International Air Mail Service:
- All orders are shipped from HONG KONG via HK postal office by international Air mail (with tracking number).
- Tracking number will provided by HONGKONG Post and we can use this number to follow up if item lost.
- Shipping is weight base by HK postal office international air mail.
Please let us know if you need to upgrade your shipping service to EMS (Express Mailing Service – SpeedPost by Hong Kong postal office)/ or any other express mail option. - SHIBAinc Limited are unable to exchange or refund on all custom-make items. (example, dog tag, custom pet cushion, custom rug, t-shirt, dog collar, suitcase, framed art pieces)
- Due to hygiene reasons there are no returns on any items. PLEASE ask all questions regarding item description prior to purchase. ie color, size, weight etc. No refunds will be given after the fact.
- If item has damage during shipping period, PLEASE keep the box/ parcel packing, and take photo of evidence and send to our mail box within 3 business days. (*From the day buyer have received SHIBAinc products, base on the tracking number reference from postal office) After the receive from 5 business days, SHIBAinc have the final right to decide the issue of refund and return items. - If buyer found the damage piece when receiving the parcel, we would suggest buyer keep the original packing, and the plastic bag, without dog/cat hair or fur and keep the tag without using it. If item is used by buyer and got the return shipment, SHIBAinc Limited aren’t able to refund the payment.
- All return items should ship back to SHIBAinc Limited headquarters, within 7 business day after received the parcel. SHIBAinc have the final right to decide the issue of refund and return items.
- Buyer need to handle the return shipping fee and contact SHIBAinc Limited by email the retune tracking number. Refund will be schedule within 14 business days, after the return shipment SHIBAinc Limited have receive. Shipping fee SHIBAinc Limited have paid from your purchase, CAN NOT be refund.
- From damage case, return & refund items SHIBAinc Limited will charge 35% of handling fee from the item of buyer’s paypal order (exclude from shipping fee).
